At Rosebery, we’re focussing on unique dishes made with smoke and fire.
Our Argentinian grill in the garden gets fired up every chance we get; with whole lambs, pigs and large cuts of beef. We also truss up whole chooks and roast them above the coals. Our wood fired oven and two charcoal pits add smokey elements to a lot of dishes each service.
For veggie-enthusiasts, we dedicate a bulk of the menu to seasonal produce from the markets. Plus there are daily specials.
The space
We’ve kept true to the heritage space with exposed beams, stripped back brick walls and concrete floors. For color, enjoy the graffiti walls, hanging chandeliers plus herbs, plants and vines.
Relax in the popular garden courtyard, brimming with olive trees, grape vines and herbs. The sun drenches this space most of the day, making it a great spot for a lazy lunch or a quick coffee. The front deck is the perfect place to grab a beer or have a function.
