Recruitment advice

To be sure of having the best chance on the day of your interview, our recruitment experts have a few pieces of advice for you:

Show your motivation!
You are going to be in competition with people with the same profile as you; it is your motivation that will make the difference. Enthusiasm is key during the interview. Smile, be upbeat and above all, be yourself! Remember it is important to be honest because if the recruiter discovers you have lied, your application will have little chance of success.

Show how professional you are!
During the interview, we will be trying to find out if you will be capable of conveying Club Med’s values to our customers and in our villages. Take care of how you present yourself, switch off your mobile phones and, above all, bring all the documentation requested beforehand. Also, please remember to use appropriate language during your interview and not to be over familiar.

Prepare your interview!
Preparation reflects the applicant’s motivation. In particular, this is the sign of a discriminating applicant who has reflected upon his chosen career path and is not there by chance. Working in a company is a decision that is taken before the day of recruitment with knowledge of the company’s values, the working conditions and the company environment.

Show how adaptable you are!
Show that you can adapt to the vagaries of particular or unexpected circumstances.  If that has happened to you, tell our recruiter about it. This is an essential skill at Club Med: you begin your career in one job, but if you have the means to do so, you can evolve towards another quite different one.

Show how sociable you are!
Show that you are capable of living as part of a community. You will have accommodation in a village; whatever happens, you must always be cheerful and have an irreproachable team spirit.
