Bar Supervisor
Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa is a magnificent Tudor building in the heart of Suffolk, steeped in history and set amongst 35 acres of private Suffolk countryside. The hotel boasts 42 rooms, a 2 AA rosette restaurant, leisure and spa facilities. We are now recruiting for a Bar Supervisor to join our Front of House team, to make sure every client and customer has a memorable experience that rocks!
You need to be passionate about customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.
Role responsibilities:
- Passionate about serving great drinks and trying new things
- Maintaining a high level of service to all guests in the bar and restaurant
- Upholding high hygiene standards
- Ensuring the bar operates efficiently
- Cash handling, banking and EPOS management
- Maintenance of inventory and stock
- Knowledge of wine would be beneficial, but not essential
