Description
Ned's Club Downstairs includes The Vault bar and lounge, a late night club space in the basement with live music and entertainment, within the original Midland Bank strongroom which has 3,000 original safety deposit boxes.
What’s the role?
Club Bar Manager at The Ned City of London for our Vault bar and lounge
What will you be doing?
- As a key part of the Club leadership team, you will be supporting the Assistant General Manager in leading the day to day operation
- You will use data, reporting, and your keen decision-making skills to deliver a smooth and efficient operation
- Acting as a role model at all times, you will be supporting and developing the management and supervisory team by providing coaching and guidance
- You will take charge of the employee lifecycle for the housekeeping team ensuring we are hiring top talent, providing memorable welcome journeys, ongoing training, and managing performance within the team
- With your strong organisational skills you will ensure rotas, orders, and plans are always ready to meet the needs of our busy and fast paced operation
