Your responsibilities are as follows:
****Operational responsibility
- You guarantee the satisfaction of our customers thanks to a welcoming and smiling, dynamic and caring service.
- Passionate about mixtures and spirits (especially gin), you know how to present the history of the products and best advise our customers on the different cocktails & tapas according to their tastes and preferences
- Preparation of signature and classic cocktails
- Setting up the bar, premixes then receiving the goods
****Accountability for Tiger Performance
- Carrying out monthly inventory and tracking losses to propose corrective actions.
- Daily monitoring of Kpi’s set by management
****Managerial responsibility:
- You know how to plan, supervise, motivate and train your teams in the art of mixology and the pleasure of entertaining in a festive atmosphere
- You must manage customer expectations in a busy and often demanding environment
- You manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including stock management, reservations, orders, cash management and compliance with health and safety standards.
- You are a source of ideas to energize every day of the week, by organizing evenings and masterclasses
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Dynamic and cheerful, you know how to keep smiling until the end of the night.
- You know how to unite and find solutions to each situation
- You are versatile, fast and precise
- You know how to adapt and love rush periods!
- You are multilingual and love speaking in all languages
- You know the different Gins and master the art of mixology
- You have knowledge of health and safety standards (HACCP).
