What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a cocktail bar and nightclub
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of beverage trends (cocktails, spirits & wines)
- Ability to troubleshoot unexpected situations calmly
- Have a confident level of knowledge in wines/spirits/cocktails and contribute and elevate the development of our beverage offering.
- Implement beverage-focused staff training and development.
- Proven success in driving revenue, and profits, and managing stock control.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet and multi-task. Self-motivated, makes use of checklists and communication methods to manage own workload and give regular updates
- The ability to lead a large team across multiple bars, including rostering, development and coaching of team members, and coordinating staff according to capacity and events booked
- A strong knowledge of liquor and WHS compliance, with the ability to work with security and regulators as required
