Viennas most favorite Brunch- and Breakfast Restaurant 2021 – Falstaff
Your tasks:
- Taking and processing restaurant reservations via phone and email
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests in our F&B outlets
- Placement of guests and presentation of our menu
- Accepting and processing special guest requests
- Preparing the table plan
- Guest relations and handling of guest complaints
- Active participation in service and sales
- Responsibility for the professional preparation of the service stations
Your Competencies:
- Absolute service orientation
- High operational readiness and resilience
- A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
