The Address Connolly Hotel , formerly known as the 'North Star Hotel' is a part of the Address Collective Group which features the McGettigan Cookhouse and Bar where guests can enjoy delicious food and premium beverages.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Bartender for the McGettigans Cookhouse and Bar.
The New Role's Responsibilities Are
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Impeccable self-presentation
- To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy
- Cocktail experience is a must
- Previous experience as Bar staff is necessary

- Minimum 1-year experience
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Great communication skills
