We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Bartender to join the team at Balthazar, part of Caprice Holdings.
Balthazar restaurant is renowned for delivering a friendly and flawless service within a Parisian style, lively and bustling brassiere. The French brasserie and bistro dishes combine the best ingredients with the most traditional methods to produce food of exceptional quality. The restaurant delivers all day dining from a team who are passionate about delivering friendly, relaxed and energetic service in a vibrant and fast paced environment.
We expect our Senior Bartender to be a talented mixologist who is able to provide engaging and charismatic service to our customers. A passion to continually develop your wine and cocktail knowledge, as well as food knowledge, is essential to ensure we are always striving to improve the service we deliver as we change our menus on a regular basis.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Bartender / Senior Bartender / Head Bartender
• Are passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to customers
• Have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers
• Are immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and restaurant management team
• Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
• Have an interest in food with a desire to develop their knowledge
