We are looking for dedicated and professional team members to join our New Opening in West London –
The Cocktail / Drinks offering will be simple & elegant but focusing on the quality product delivered in fast & friendly manner with the highest hospitality standards.
The Cocktail offering will be based around The Italian Aperitivo style of cocktails with Bitters, Vermouth, Herbal and Spritz Drinks designed to invigorate appetites.
There will be a requirement for the Bar Team to be able to produce classics on demand, as this sits within our service offering.
Key Responsibilities
• Running a section, taking orders & following a set of service rules.
• Producing a wide range of Classic & Inventive Modern Cocktails
• Carrying out a range of preparations for fast and effective bar service
• Delivering a memorable experience to customers
• Covering all facets of Bar service from Draught Beer, Cocktails, Wine Service & Coffee Preparation
Customer Focus
• Customer Focus is at the forefront of the experience at Sam’s; our expectation is for your work to revolve around this principle.
• Other jobs/tasks/responsibilities will be allocated on a per shift, day & week basis but these will run secondary to ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
Expertise
• Previous experience in cocktail bars & mixology environments.
• High volume brasserie & Fine Dining would both be attractive backgrounds as we are developing a quality driven drinks experience.
• Food and Drink passion is a must – we are an all day dining establishment we need people who can deliver across Food & Beverage.

Benefits
Minimum £9.50 per hour – Full Training Schedule and ongoing training will be provided through out the year.
• 28 days holiday
• 48 hour working week for all - but if you want to work more hours we are happy if you are.
