Key Responsibilities

In our Client Services team you will be working together with our sales and marketing department, as well as the rest of the EBS CARE team. You will provide high levels of customer service and work with advanced sales and customer support technology. You will be answering incoming phone calls and using email to support current customers, so you need to be confident and comfortable in a very social role. You will mainly interact with existing customers to answer product related questions and handle possible complaints. You will also manage bookings and take on additional administrative tasks. You will be working with a number of CRM systems so you will need to have an exceptional eye for detail.

Personal Requirements

- Be a native or fluent in Swedish
- Skills in Danish or Norwegian are a big plus
- Proficiency in English (C2) is an absolute requirement.
- Customer service experience is required
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills
- High interpersonal skills
- Familiar with administrative tasks
- Use of Windows operating system and Excel
- Great attention to detail and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a team
- High organisational skills
