Key Responsibilities:
In our Client services team you will be working together with our sales and marketing department, as well as the rest of the EBS CARE team. You will provide high levels of customer service and work with advanced sales and customer support technology. You will be answering incoming phone calls and using email to support current customers, so you need to be confident and comfortable in a very social role. You will mainly interact with existing customers to answer product related questions and handle possible complaints. You will also manage bookings and take on additional administrative tasks. You will be working with a number of CRM systems so you will need to have an exceptional eye for detail.
Personal Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills
- Native French speaker
- Proficiency English (C2) is an absolute requirement. Any additional languages are a very strong plus.
- High interpersonal skills
- Familiar with administrative tasks
- Use of Windows operating system and Excel
- Great attention to detail and record keeping
- Ability to work in a team
- High organisational skills
