Working in / Bars, Events and Getting messy with our unique house infusions
You are the kind of person that /

➔ Has an eye for the unusual particularly when it comes to booze

➔ Always knows where is cool to go for a great cocktail or the perfect pint

➔ Is not a snob about drink but knows a sour from a smash and sour mash from a whisky

➔ Like a diamond shines bright under pressure

➔ Wishes that rum was available for free on the National Health

➔ Knows where to stand at a bar in to get served next, then lets someone else go first

anyway

Skills and Experience /

➔ Some experience working in a pub, bar or restaurant environment or have the drive and desire to learn

➔ Reliable, punctual, willing to learn with a positive attitude

➔ Exceptional customer service skills

➔ Proactive approach to your work

➔ Able to work well under pressure

➔ Flexible - able to attend various shift patterns (morning/afternoon/evening).

➔ Good communication skills
