Main role and objectives:
As a Mixologist you will be part of the Bar Team. You like to serve guests in the bar with a big smile, including advising the guests on beverage choices. Also, you take orders and you love to experiment and create new drinks.
Job role responsibilities:
• Anticipate guest’s needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance guest’s satisfaction;
• Make our bar the best hotel bar in town by consistently offering an outstanding service;
• Ensure a high level of general knowledge about bar service techniques, all bar menu items like drinks, cocktails, liquors and speciality items offered in the bar department;
• Prepare the mise en place.
We are looking for bar talent that:
• Is enthusiastic and has a passion for drinks, cocktails and liquors;
• Is guest- and service oriented;
• Is able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexibility);
• Is a star in terms of communication and has a good command of both Dutch and English;
• Is able to run a busy bar;
• Has experience as a Bartender and/or in F&B service.
