-Assist the Bar Manager with the day to day operation
-Be responsable for the team and take the lead during his absence
-Serving guests at the different bars and be customer focused
-Taking orders, giving suggestions/recommendations and providing explanations on the bar menu, using the techniques of upselling.
-Preparing orders according to the prescribed sizes and recipes, considering the wishes of the guest; polishing of glass, pouring, tapping, preparing cocktails according to recipe, preparing snacks and giving small orders to the kitchen.
-Handle payments from guests or register orders on the roomnumber.
-Keeping the bars clean organised and tidy.
-Verify and justify used drinks
-Coordination of activities with the Beverage Manager.
-Deposit of money at the Front Office.
-Using an active sales approach.
-Consulting the kitchen Chef about special requirements of guests, relaying orders to the kitchen.
-Preparation of accounts, tracking and monitoring of products consumed on the guest lists and deal with the guests using -Micros POS system.
