We are looking for someone to fill the role of Head Bartender, applicants must have a minimum of 1 years experience within a reputable cocktail bar. The successful candidate will be passionate about their drinks, in touch with trends and a desire to make a difference within the industry.
As our Head Bartender creativity will be a priority, in charge of the menu you will not only be responsible for the day to day quality of the drinks but also any research and development for future products. With your team of Bartenders you will be the best of the best, nurturing and coaching your colleagues whenever possible.
With extremely high aspirations, the Lizard Lounge is a craft cocktail bar in East London, our aim is simple. To provide world class drinks to our local customers offering an oasis to people that don't feel like commuting into Central London.
