Looking for someone with cocktail experience, good product knowledge, used to a fast-paced bar and who provides friendly and relaxed customer service. We offer fantastic working conditions with a fun, young and hard-working team.
Hochi Mama is a vibrant up and coming restaurant in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Located down one of the cities bustling laneways we serve fresh and innovative Vietnamese fusion food and great cocktails with a urban vibe.
We offer:

- Cash incentives for gaining online reviews and hitting targets.
- Staff meals, knock-off drinks and staff nights out.
- Good workings hours (no late nights!)

This position is suitable for a enthusiastic, charismatic and hard working individual who is looking to work in a challenging and fun environment. We are seeking a experierenced and charasmatic bartender with at least two years experince behind a a fast-paced bar. The right candidate will be able to multi-task, have good cocktail and product knowledge, be able to provide friendly and relaxed customer service with a commitment to helping our business grow
To really shine as a Bartender, you will need to be a team player who knows how to juggle multiple tasks at one time, manage their time effectively and keep cool under pressure. A passion for serving our clientele with a smile is a must! The successful applicant will need to be:
- Fast and efficient
- Experienced with making and creating cocktails
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and be highly motivated
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Work ethic and integrity
- Excellent personal presentation
- Great sales skills and ability to gain great online reviews.
- Management experience preferred but not essential
