Hello, I'm Anja.
I am a friendly, enthusiastic, hard working woman that is always up for a challenge. I really enjoy working behind a bar and making people happy by making and serving amazing drinks.
I find bartending to be an extremely amazing and enjoyable job to have and that is why I chose to go to EBS. While I only worked in a bar for a short amount of time I really enjoyed it and felt as if it was the right job for me. I am extremely hard working, very resilient, friendly, enthusiastic and persistent which I believe are all extremely good qualities for a bartender to have. I have great knowledge of cocktails and how to behave behind a bar I also have a basic knowledge of mixology which is extremely useful.
