I am a hard working, confident Irish bartender who pursues part-time or full-time work in fast-paced, busy public houses/cocktail bars, and I have also completed two online courses and one in-person 4 week course with EBS

I have completed the 4 week International Bartender Course which has provided me with invaluable experience which has most certainly expanded upon my previous experience as a Bartender. I find the art of creating beautiful drinks using a variety of spirits, fruits, syrups and juices a joy to perform as a part of my everyday work shift. The feeling of placing a perfectly created drink in front of a guest and seeing their satisfaction and ecstasy upon smelling the aromas, admiring the presentation and tasting the mixed drink is a feeling I personally find unparalleled. Of course there are many other tasks that require action, but to be able to present a customer with an aesthetically-pleasing, aromatic and tasty beverage is an amazing feeling and is something I take great pride in. In my 2 years of bartending, talking to the guest, offering suggestions, engaging in conversation whilst preparing their beverage and, if appropriate, providing the guest with some interesting history about their chosen spirit or drink I find is a great way to make work simply not feel like work but instead something you chose to do simply because of a passion to create and satisfy.
