During my time at Netzwerkbar from April 2022 to March 2023, I gained significant experience in the energetic setting of a student-focused bar. My robust work ethic and adaptability allowed me to excel in cultivating a lively atmosphere and delivering personalized experiences that catered to the diverse needs of our student patrons. As a dedicated team player, I effectively collaborated with my colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in a professional yet casual environment. In addition to my hands-on experience, I attended the prestigious European Bartending School, where I graduated at the top of my class. This accomplishment not only reflects my dedication and passion for mixology, but also provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various cocktail recipes, techniques, and industry best practices. The skills and knowledge gained through this program have greatly contributed to my ability to craft memorable drinks and further enhance the overall customer experience. After this, I worked for a high-end bar in Zurich called Goethe Bar, next to the opera house. This experience helped me solidify what I have learned at EBS and refine my skills to match the high standard of such a prestigious bar. In my off-seasons, I expanded my horizons by working at The Madhouse, a vibrant hostel in Prague. This unique experience further honed my interpersonal skills, as I engaged with guests from various backgrounds and cultures. My ability to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons has become one of my key strengths. In addition to my work experience, I studied Computational Science and Engineering at ETH Zurich from 2018 to 2023. This academic background has equipped me with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically – all transferable qualities that I bring to my work in the hospitality industry. As a well-rounded and highly motivated individual, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in any establishment, while continuously learning and growing in the field of bartending and hospitality.
