Hello, I'm Mikkel Helmuth.
Chill guy, that love to have fun, with good music I always have to dance while I work. I am quite independent and always down to play as long as we get the job done. I have a passion for beer and cocktails, with a lust to create new drinks.
I work hard and with passion in what I choose to do, but if it can be done In a fun way I am all for it. I like to push my self, keep learning and keep acquiring new skills. To be completely honest I have no experience in the world of bartending or restaurants. But I worked a lot in health care, where there are many parallels, we serve food, take request, communicate, help and provide a service. We have had a lot of practice in communication and service where I see parallels but at the hospital it was just with a different goal in mind. When I was in the army, I learned disciplin, responsibility for my self and my action, being on time and being reliable. but it also taught me how leadership works and the reason for there to be a chain command, when to ask questions and when to just work. the most important thing I learned from the army was teamwork, we all need to help each other to get the best out of it and that we need to solve the task together, and if you see someone who needs help you offer it. I speak English and danish fluently. My French is getting better and I am still taking classes, but at the moment I am at a beginner level A1 and soon reaching A2. I want to experience the fun, vibrance and amazing atmosphere of a pub and party place where people are happy, because of the vibe and the happiness you serve them. I am a quick learner always keen to learn and excited to start learning more about this world of bartending.
