Lucky enough to work amongst the World Class Romanian bartenders and learned from them at Linea / Closer To The Moon restaurant and cocktail bar. Lucky enough to meet and work with the most charismatic and unique bartenders I have ever met and J'ai Bistrot. Qualified in multiple mixology competitions in Romania such as Monin Cup, Mad Glass, Monkey Shoulder, and World Class. Learned and evolved at a fast and constant pace through hard work, passion, and dedication and discovered the ins and outs of bartending, mixology, hospitality, and HOREXA businesses.
