Hello, I'm Louis.

Professional and gentle, a French bartender who love to exchange and share is passion of is tastes philosophy and cocktails knowledge.Always looking for learnings and adventures, i want to perfect my self in a company where i can grow.



After studying biology in France, I wanted to win more autonomy and abilities. For that I became a freelance photographer for 2 years. Working alone in independence was a big challenge, I learned how to follow my responsibilities and my objectives in line with my needs. I had to find new models, explain the prices with the artistique purposes (with the legal conditions signed of course !), find the perfect locations with the ideal outfit at the flawless timing and follow by some mannequin managing. I loved meeting new peoples to sharing with and creating a network. I learned to be patient and obstinate with all the hours passed after a shooting, retouching the photos, managing my image and building a communication on some social medias. After a last project in Dubai, I had to put this passion aside to find an opportunity to employ my skills in something bigger, a company. I started to work behind a bar to be a bartender and after sometime, for my attitude and my ease I was offered a manager post in a new étudiant bar call Hossegor located in Montpellier. I take it to express everything I learned and after 1year, I have grown a lot in responsibility. I had to take care of the establishment, the customer expérience, the stock with a supplier, the service quality, the professionalism from the team and the goals tracking with some sales strategy. With all of this, my composure has been better to manage security in association with a bouncer to take care of intoxicated, violent and disturbing customers. As much as possible discreetly to avoid a negative impact on benefits, expérience and potential slippages. I loved to create a family atmosphere between my crew and the regulars to bring in new peoples to make big experiences and lot of memories. After a year, I decided to leave this place to improve more my self. In a need of expansion of spirit, knowledge, experience and language, I went to New York City with EBS to learn more about Bartending and Mixology.
