One of my most impostant experience has been in Malaga this summer for 6 months, where I improved my languages skills and where I fell in love with cocktail's world. There I learnt how to stay and behave behind the bar even if was really one of my very first times. In that moment I never stopped watching and learning what the other coworkers were doing. Being 21 y.o. and studying until 19 didn't give me much time to get enough experience yet but thanks to some Bars where I worked and overall thanks to EBS bartender school I'm ready to show my Teamwork, Bar cleanliness, Free pouring, Guest focus, Drink mixing techniques, Commodity handling, Speed mixing, Serving techniques, and others skills which I can't wait to show with precision and accuracy.
