Hello, I'm Yvan.

Very easy going guy, I like to always experience new adventures, skills, techniques and flavours. Always willing to have a sweet conversation with people from everywhere since I speak 3 languages. Very creative, love whiskey and mezcal.

I've traveled to many places in the world, tried a wide variety of mixologies, and am well-versed in traditional alcoholic beverages. I've worked in a number of bars in Amsterdam and Marbella, and I'm eager to learn more because there's always something new to discover. "Bartending is my new hobby" As a bartender, I have honed my skills both behind the bar and in social interaction with customers. Working in a fast-paced environment has taught me to be quick on my feet and think on the fly, as well as developing my multitasking abilities. I have learned how to create a wide range of cocktails, and how to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism. In addition to technical skills, I have also developed my social skills. Talking with customers from all walks of life has given me the opportunity to improve my communication and interpersonal skills. I have learned how to read body language and adapt my approach based on the individual, trying to make each interaction a unique and memorable experience for both myself and the customer. Despite the demanding nature of the job, I have also had a lot of fun working as a bartender. From creating new cocktails and experimenting with ingredients, to working with a team and building friendships and trust, there is never a dull moment behind the bar. I truly enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment, and look forward to continuing to develop my skills and make lasting connections with customers.
