My most recent job was working as a waitress/bartender at the black Labrador (England). Being able to constantly switch from running food to being behind the bar gave me a level of flexibility that has made me feel very grounded when it comes to stressful situations or just generally being in a busy environment. As a result of this I can remain calm and find structure in chaos.
