Friendly, and sometimes nerdy, Bartender coming from France with a good sense of humour and can do attitude.
I did a 6 weeks cooking internship in France with a training restaurant hosting approximately 15 customers per lunch. As a bartender, I view this experience as an asset for mixology helping me identify flavors that can be mixed for a cocktail. I also worked for 2 months as a food and beverage runner in a brewhouse in Circular Quay (Sydney), learning how to welcome and serve customers.
