Hello, I'm Magda Zoe.
I believe that the hospitality industry is the best outlet to promote positivity in society. Each time we welcome a guest, provide a specialized service or take the time to learn from others, we are adding positive value to the world.
My experience in the service industry began with craft beer. I fell in love with the fermentation process, it’s history, and a new world of flavors. I dedicated 3 years of study and hands on brewery training to become a Certified Cicerone and obtained a Business of Craft Beer Professional Certificate with the University of Vermont in the United States. To expand my knowledge, I set forth to gain knowledge and experience in all sectors of the beverage industry. I passed the BarSmarts Certificate with Richard Pernot and recently graduated from European Bartending School of Madrid in my second language, el castellano. I am currently studying for the WSET Level Two Wine Exam. I am looking for an opportunity to learn and curate a long term career in our ever expanding field.
