Hello, I'm Fausto.
I'm Fausto, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Naples, Italy. I'm a passionate bartender who really cares about the quality of each cocktail and about each guest's experience.
I used to be a Maths student who stopped his studying path to follow his real passion: bartending. I've worked for a year and few months in the bar of Palazzo Venezia: an historical palace settled in the middle of Naples. I've attended successfully the International Bartender Course of EBS and their Mixology Course too in the gorgeous city of Amsterdam and now I'm working as a bartender at Food Hallen. I'm a polite and easygoing person who loves working in a team. In my free time I enjoy teaching Maths and discovering new places and bars from which learn the most I can to grow as a bartender and as a person.
