I work at a tech company in central London. But due to my interests in food/drinks/hospitality, I took up a part-time sous' chef position at an eatery headed by a Michelin starred chef in Borough market, where I worked in the summer of 2022. It was during this time I realized my interest in bartending, which led me to EBS. My experience in bartending is from making drinks for friends (socially), but professionally the EBS bartending course has given me confidence in getting behind a real bar.
