Hello, I'm Florian.

I am an enthusiastic young man and a hard worker who is passionate about the Hospitality Industry. My strengths are that I am a big team player and like to connect with other people in the process. Many people say I am friendly :).

In the last few years, I came in contact with lots of people in the hospitality industry and they have all learned me valuable lessons. At my first internship at Karel V, I learned that you need to respect everybody’s work and your product to really offer excellent service. At my second internship, I learned that having your own personality combined with hard work can create memorable experiences for your guest and create a better relationship with your colleagues. In my last year internship as a manager, I learned that as a manager it is your duty to create an environment where your staff can work the best to their capacities and really enjoy what they are doing. Learning is really important to me so it is something I would like to continue in my future career. Hard work and true hospitality are in my opinion only possible by working together as a team. The ability to establish genuine relationships with one another is one you can have in the hospitality business because this is one of the factors that creates unity and unity in a business makes the difference between mediocrity and greatness. A clear vision to work towards as a team.
