Passionate and enthusiastic bartender with beginner/ intermediate experience in flairing ,who's motivated to be behind the bar
After having a chance to work on a cocktail bar in the heart of London, that being Leicester Square and on top of that being able to do the EBS bartending course and seeing what goes behind the term "bartending" has made my passion for being behind the bar grown immensely. I've gained multiple different skills , one of them being the ability to work under a lot of pressure and stress, since Leicester Square is a highly populated area our bar was under immense pressure, to keep delivering day in and day out , which helped me understand more about what happens behind the scenes and also become more detail oriented, since more often than not the bartender is the one responsible for the first impression of the location.
