Having a family that have always had ties to working with restaurants, I always enjoyed meeting and talking to new people. However, after working as a waiter for a couple of years, I realized that there wasn't much progression to be made. I gained more interest in being a bartender, so I enlisted in the EBS course. I really enjoyed my time and discovered a new passion. Shortly after coming back, I started working as a bartender for private events with a catering company. It slowly grew to the point where I had to take care of the cocktail menus and knowing the quantity of ingredients depending on the quantity of people in an event. However, now I'm looking to travel and experience new people and cultures as a really enjoy new experiences as I believe the more you learn, the more fulfilled you become.
