Bright, experienced and creative bartender from switzerland who is always up for a joke but still ready when there is something to do.
I was taught early on what it meant to be independent. In addition to cooking, cleaning and washing, it was of course also a matter of earning my own money. So, I started in a horse stall, occasionally made a trip to the bar in the public outdoor bath, and later also cleaned and moved. During my commercial apprenticeship, I discovered my love for bartending and was able to gain some years of experience in the BALZ Club and Restaurant zum Onkel in Basel.
