Hello, I'm Kai.
I am a very passionate and outgoing bartender from America with a love for mixology. I have a strong desire to work at one of the top bars in the world and become one of the best in the industry.
I have worked at various types of bars including Tiki, craft cocktails, and volume in the U.S. I am fluent in 3 languages English, Patois, and Spanish. I fell in love with bartending from the second I started. This has transformed me as a person by not only forcing me out of my comfort zone and making meeting new people go from my least favorite part to my favorite part about the job but also constantly pushing my creative capabilities by creating new cocktails all the time. Bartending has become my way of expressing myself and given me the drive to try and become one of the best in the industry. I am constantly learning new history, techniques, and ingredients within the world of bars.
