Hello, I'm Ronit.
I am a mixology enthusiast who loves creating new cocktails and reform the old one's for the palate for new generation. I love the fact that one sip of a drink can have so much complexity that it can actually represent a dish on its own.
I worked in a casual dining place for 5 months in Goa. Than I had the opportunity to work in a pre opening property in Bangalore where I was hired an assistant bartender but got promoted to the position of a Training Mixologist in a short span of 2 months. I have love for my job and consider it to be my passion and my hobby at the same time. I have experience of Maintaining the Foreign Liquor Register as per the exise duties of Bangalore as well as the maintenance of Monthly Liquor Reports.
