I am a French cocktail bartender with 18 months of experience in the field. My journey has led me to Australia as part of the WH Visa Program, where I aim to further enrich my bartending skills and immerse myself in the Australian culture.
I graduated from the European Bartender School in 2021 and my professional journey began at "Le Comptoir General," a high-volume cocktail bar in Paris specializing in rum. Here, I practiced and improved my bartending skills while learning how to craft exceptional customer experiences for patrons. Subsequently, I joined the "Herbarium" cocktail bar at the prestigious 4-star "Hotel National des Arts et Metiers" in a trendy Parisian district. Serving demanding guests, including international businessmen, fashion influencers, and famous actors, I discovered that bartending is not just about mixing drinks; it's about creating unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences for premium guests.
