Being proactive totally defines me. Mexican bartender, mezcal lover, sharing knowledge in a mezcal tastings way and creating drinkable histories.
A couple of years like a salesman define me, with ethic and customer service. Tons of bartending courses and always trying to learn something new make me and an passionate of mixology. An EBS certificate in Barcelona starts in a formal way my bartending career. With a year in a mexican fine dinning and “mezcalería” I’d learn about 15 kinds of mezcals, mexican spirits and how to share knowledge to international guests. Now in Dubai, creating a new cocktail menu and quality standars for a new spot in DIFC I can prove my value as a bartender/mixologist.
