Friendly, passionate bartender from France. My strongest skill that helps me day to day and in offering the best service I can is my memory :) (recipes, guest/customer names and orders...).

I have worked two summer seasons since finishing the bartending school and it has taught me more than I ever thought. From being part of a team and navigating through the ups and downs, finding a rhythm that works for everyone to ensure that we can always give the best service we have to offer, to working under a lot of pressure, doing many hours a day and still be able to be efficient. I believe that to be a great bartender, it is not only about the cocktails you can make but also all the rest of the work that is to be done behind a bar.
