Grown up in hospitality in family restaurants, after studying catering school in Royan, France Travelling since my youngest age and discovered passion for cocktails in Sydney, Australia, where I started as head waiter and ended as beginning bartender/barback, because of staff needs and motivation Since that great experience, I learned more and deeper in to mixologie through a complete bartending course at the European Bartender School in Amsterdam, Netherlands (my motherland). Thanks to this course and my everyday growing knowledge and passion I have been head bartender in 3 different bars in France (Cap Ferret, Gironde / Flaine, Savoie, French Alps / Île de ré, La Rochelle). In every place I bring my own ideas and share them with the supervisors and eventually co-workers to create an original and unique cocktail list, using homemade infusions and syrups with fresh products as much as possible following the seasons. Currently I am in a bar in Nafpaktos, Greece. The director has been asking me several times last months to come for a few weeks to bring my knowledge and creativity to renew his cocktails menu and train his team of bartenders For my next experience I would love be work in a high level cocktail bar or a luxury restaurant with a big amount of cocktail sales, to learn as much as possible from co-bartenders and share creativity (and our head bartender in case)
