Hard Work
Raphael

Hello, I'm Raphael.

Dear recruiters, My name is Raphaël, I am a recent french graduate of EBS (European Bartender School) Paris. My main qualities are: friendly, listener and passionate. That is the reason why I quit the financial area to join bartending.

My cursus is particular. Indeed, after being graduated, (Master in Finance) I worked as a financial auditor in Luxembourg. Thanks to that experience, I was able to develop some skills. I could improve my english as I had to perform in english, I could develop my teamwork capabilities as I had to work in teams, but also develop my sense of human relationship as I was continuously in touch with the clients. As it was a stressful work with short deadlines, I also could manage my stress. After 2 years, I wanted to combine my career to my passion. So I decided to quit, and work since November 2019 as a bartender at Mersea in Paris 7th district. That experience brought me at first, the basis of bartending, then thanks to the team and the chef barman, I could develop my skills in creation of new cocktails, develop an authentic menu of cocktails, develop my knowledge in spirits, beer and wine, could welcome the clients and explain perfectly the concept of Mersea and the menu (food and cocktails). Working with passion allows me to be 100% dedicated and always work with the smile. Please fill free to visit my instagram account dedicated to cocktails to check my work: @road_to_bartender
