Hello, I'm Nicholas.

I am a hands-on team player with good manners and proven social skills, capable of working with a range of different people. My interpersonal skills can come in handy with client facing work of any nature.

I attended a 4 week international bartending course in Kos at which we were taught a wide range of skills required to be a top level bartender. These ranged from working behind a live bar and learning the history, theory and production of each type of alcohol all the way to mastering free pour and flair and learning 66 different cocktails off by heart. I achieved an A grade overall and proceeded to take an additional 2 day mixology course to further my understanding of the production of cocktails. In addition I also won the award for the best flair skills at the course.
