Hello, I'm Janina.
If I had to describe myself in a few words, I’d say friendly, open-minded, positive, cheerful and reliable.
As a young woman, I really like the nightlife, good vibes and making people happy by serving them my favorite drink, a classic Tom Collins. With my new won knowledge in bartending, I’m now ready and motivated to experience Barcelona from a different angle: from behind the bar. Although I could gain a lot of practical experience and train how to work behind a bar during my EBS course, I'm still very new in this métier and I want to learn and improve myself and my abilities. As a creative and open-minded person, I'd love to pick up new ways, techniques and methods. My goal is to not only serve a good quality drink, but to create a unique experience for each costumer.
