Hello, I'm Rayane.

I tend to keep my workplace clean and attractive, entertaining costumers with knowledge of spirits. I’m not the kind to shy away from busy nights behind the bar, I am on showing speed without loss of quality.

After an intense training course at European Bartender School (EBS) Kos ,Greece, and one month of practical experience where I had the opportunity to be Part of the bartenders team, I am now here with a high motivation, positive and outgoing attitude and the urge for constant perfection. From bartender to bar back or waiters I’ve had the chance to have a condensed overview of what it takes to be a bartender, and learned so much from it. My experience as an energetic and customer driven bartender. Gave me the key points that are relevant to that position : • Expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, drink preparation, presentation and pricing. • Successful introduction of new products including craft beers and specialty liquor and events. • Proven record of accurately and efficiently handling all cashiering duties. My main goal is to be fast with no loss of quality insure that each customer enjoys the best bar experience possible.
