I was a chef in function centre for 2 and a half years completing an apprenticeship in the same place. I have learned things while I was there and really managed to strengthen my weaknesses I learned how to effectively work under pressure, multitask, manage high workloads as well as responsibility and overall be a long-term asset to my team. in this previous roll I was given the duty to prep order and lead service for one section on the menu transferring these skills to bartending this well enhance my awareness and efficiency behind the bar
