I started my carrer as a bartender in 2019, one year before graduating the EBS course and since then I have worked in many different cocktails bars in France and Australia. From party bar handling busy atmospheres to fancy restaurants giving all attention to making the best drinks. Before that, I already had 4 years experience in hospitality ( hotel, restaurant, bar, cruise, camping) in France, mostly as a waiter. So I have been in the industry for about 8 years now and ready to keep it going !
