Hello, I'm Daniel.

Certified bartender and waiter (Restaurationsfachmann EFZ) I`m not made for office, I love hospitality, want to meet new people every day, expand my knowledge, have fun at work and like to enjoy a nice glass of whisky.



The work in my 3 years apprenticeship and in the following jobs included the upscale a la carte service in restaurants and hotels, catering, numerous banquets and major events, including the Zurich Film Festival and Igeho Basel. From November to February 2018 I had the exciting opportunity to gain important experience as Commis de Rang at the Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London.
