More than anything bartending represents freedom, freedom to travel, meet different calibers of people all the whole earning and having a great time. Working at Cronulla RSL as part of the events team and for Alseasons taught me the true value of communication, efficiency and teamwork. My main focus now is to expand on the bartending knowledge I’ve gained through EBS and got to a point where I can create amazing cocktails using whatever ingredients available at my disposal and traveling while I’m at it. In the future I’d like to pass on the knowledge gained to someone eager to learn
