Hello, I'm Costabile.
I am a very polite and friendly person. I like to make customers feel like they are at home and it is my aim to be able to understand what their tastes are or could be.
I have been working in bars and restaurants since I was 15 years old. I started being a waiter for two summer seasons in a bar and Pizzeria. After that I worked in the 4 – Star Hotel “Grand Hotel Santa Maria” in Castellabate for other two seasons as a waiter in the Restaurant and in the bar. But growing up I felt more and more in love with the counter, although because in between the two seasons at the Hotel I worked for seven month as a barman in “Jammin Caffe” in Santa Maria di Castellabate. Due to this experience I had the opportunity to work between the restaurant and the bar in the second season at the “Grand Hotel Santa Maria”. As I think, that working in a 4-star hotel is not an arrival point but a starting point, I decided to attend this winter (November-December 2019) the 4 week EBS course where I learned a lot and they prepared me very well to face even more prestigious and important work experiences.
