Besides my studies I have worked almost 7 years in the retail industry - In Denmark. I had daily customer contact and learned to appear friendly and professional towards the customer - giving them a good experience in the shop by giving them a smile on their way and helping to solve any queries. Through my years here I gain more and more responsibilities such as being responsible for closing the shop (alarms, keys and money), ordering goods (checking up on the stock, ordering and handling the delivery) and in general being responsible for the shop (delegate tasks to other employees, answer the phone and organise working breaks). Furthermore I worked fulltime in the kitchen at a restaurant in 2020 (Munich - Germany). Where I was responsible for cooking orders and serving them. I had preparation shifts before the customers arrived where I learned the importance of being well prepared. I also had closing shifts where I was responsible for closing the shop, saying goodbye to the customers in a good way and cleaning of the kitchen for the next day. Through this job I learned to remember recipes by heart, work accurate and efficient as well as under pressure. I have worked in Munich, Germany, studied in Glasgow, Scotland and travel in many countries. To mention a few Martinique, Bali, Vietnam, Srilanka, Germany, Austria, Italy and France - which has taught me to respect and understand different cultures.
